- Laisse mariner 2 h au frigo. Au bout d'une heure, retourne les tranches de pastèque

- Pendant ce temps, cuis ton riz de Camargue de chez Omie dans de l'eau bouillante pendant 15 min. Égoutte le et rince le rapidement à l'eau froide. Réserve.


- Dans un bol, prépare ta marinade huile de sésame et paprika fumé. Trempe tes morceaux de pastèque dedans et dans une poêle snake tes morceaux quelques secondes recto verso.


- Dans des cuillères à riz, façonne le riz et ajoute par dessus la tranche de pastèque.


- Trempe tes tranches dans les graines de sésame de chez Omie.
